In this year Chinaplas, the general manager of Foshan Kebeln plastic machinery Co.,ltd told the reporter of  "International Plastics News" that they focus on industrial trunking’s online punching extrusion line. About its advantages, Mr Gao said that “Our independent research and development industrial trunking automatic online punching extrusion line is the first device in domestic  industry. Before, the traditional production process by granulation – extrusion-artificial punching several steps, not only inefficient, but also easy to injure cripple worker’s finger in operation, resulting in frequent accidents. While this device can be a conventional process steps simultaneously, change from before three workers operate 1 machine manually to 1 worker operate three  machines by computer-control, achieved fully automation. This device reduced labor, while also protect the safety of the operator, but also greatly enhance the production efficiency for customers to create a good social and economic benefits, welcomed by the market. "

Why develop industrial trunking automatic online punching extrusion line? “at beginning we make civilian trunking, when the civilian trunking‘s market reaches a certain capacity, we found that domestic industrial trunking’s production technology is very weak, even China's industrial equipment is very developed, but the construction process of the trunking  is also quite primitive,

 cause frequent accidents, especially trunking’s production is still in very low level , can not be synchronized as developed industrial equipment.  In order to change this situation, we decided to take on the coordinated development of the Chinese industrial equipment as our responsibility and mission, so we developed this new product. now our industry trunking’s size from (H * W) 25 * 25mm to 100 * 150mm ". Currently Kebeln’s product line is very complete, variety, and tailor-made according to customer needs.

 As China’s first set fully automated online industrial trunking’s punching production line, it still have international competition challenges. " We have a strong competitor in Italy who have accumulated 30 years technology experience, but our product was launched three years, we have a certain gap in technology, it is reflected in the current capacity just 1/2 of the opponents. when we reach the opponent's production capacity, maybe they have launched a new product.Through K show in Germany last year and this year CHINAPLAS, we feel that customer have become increasingly demanding automation equipment. Previously, customers  only have requirement on device stability and capacity, when these properties are met, they will shift the focus to reduce labor, energy saving, automation, which requires us to design and manufacture fully automatic , intelligent device, and this is our next step research’s support point.
